Affiliates Application Form

Don't be put off by some of the questions, they're just so i can get an idea of how popular your site is =) it's nothing personal if i don't accept you so don't feel bad or anything =)

DO NOT apply if...
º You have a freewebs, geocites, .tk, myspace site or any other site like these.
º You hardly ever update your site, i try to update mine atleast 1 a week, even if it's only adding 1 new icon or glitter.
º You are a graphic/idea stealer! I don't steal and i don't want to be associated with people who do steal.
º Your graphics & layouts are not to the same standard as mine, better would be great, but worse is a no no ;).
º I don't know you or have never spoke to you, i'm sure i can make the odd exception but i do like to know my affiliates and be friends with them =).
